We will provide you with a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges without a return authorization number.
- Pack your item securely in the original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include the original receipt or invoice and the return authorization number. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage during transit, so we recommend that you insure your package and keep a copy of the tracking number.
- Drop off your package at any FedEx location or schedule a pickup online. You can track your return or exchange using the tracking number on the shipping label. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive your package, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Exchanges will be shipped to the same address as the original order. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping charges, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
